Twin Oaks is a City comprised of a Mayor and a 4-member Board of Aldermen. Each member of the Board of Aldermen holds staggered 2 year terms. It is a non-partisan legislative policy-making body. 

Board of Aldermen Meetings are held at the City's Town Hall located at 1381 Big Bend Road, Twin Oaks, Missouri, 63021, the first and third Wednesday of the month, beginning at 6:15pm with the Board Workshop, when scheduled, followed by the regular Board meeting beginning at 7:00pm. All Board meetings are open to the public and we encourage our residents to attend.
