Announcing the 2022 Twin Oaks Holiday Lighting Contest

To celebrate the season, the City of Twin Oaks is bringing back its Holiday Lighting Contest! The contest is open to all residences in Twin Oaks, but we have made some slight modifications for this year’s edition.

Contestants will automatically be placed in one of two separate categories, with two winners selected for each category (four winners total):

  • Reindeer Division — Includes all “detached” single-family houses in the City.
  • Elf Division — Includes all homes in the Birnamwood Condominium Association and apartments in the Villages of Twin Oaks.

No official entry is necessary. Judging will take place from Monday, Dec. 12, to Thursday, Dec. 15, with the winners announced on Friday, Dec. 16. The winners will be determined by a panel of City employees and will receive a yard sign recognizing their achievement. You can find pictures of last year's winners here.
