The Park Committee consists of seven (7) members, one of whom shall be a member of the Board of Aldermen. The remaining six (6) citizen members shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board for a three-year term. The Park Committee is responsible for presenting an annual Budget for operation of and improvements to the park; plan for future park development; review/refine park rules and procedures; and plan park events, all subject to the approval from the Board of Aldermen.
