The City contracts with St. Louis County for its Police Services. Our Resident Patrol Officer is John Wehner. The City is also provided roving patrols during the evening and overnight hours as well as over the weekend.

In case of emergency please call 9-1-1. If you have an issue which is not an emergency you may call the St. Louis County Police non-emergency number which is 636-529-8210. If you would like to speak with Officer Wehner, call 314-218-5902.

Emergency Alerts

The City of Twin Oaks notifies residents of emergencies in our community using a mass messaging service. You can sign up to receive emergency alerts by call, text or email by filling out this online form or calling 636-225-7873. 

Community Camera Program

The City of Twin Oaks in partnership with St. Louis County Police Department will be launching a new program called "Community Camera Program".  The program is a voluntary database program where residents can register their security cameras in order to help St. Louis County Police.  If a crime occurs in the area of a camera system, St. Louis County Police can request residents to review video surveillance and share it with the Police Department.
