Public Hearing on Zoning Amendments

In accordance with openness and transparency goals of the City of Twin Oaks, Missouri, notice is hereby given by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Twin Oaks that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for public comment on and consideration of the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning amendments to the City’s Zoning Regulations, Chapter 400 of the City of Twin Oaks Municipal Code, Sections 400.490 and 400.500 pertaining to the membership of the Planning and Zoning Commission and related text.

The proposed amendments would raise the number of citizen commissioners from seven to nine. 

The hearing is open to the public and any person may attend and be heard. The documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk at 1381 Big Bend Road, Twin Oaks, Missouri and are available for public review that office during the City’s normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
