Access to City Hall Limited Beginning Nov. 16

The building will be open to the public by appointment only following recent public health orders from St. Louis County.

In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19 and in response to recent public health orders issued by St. Louis County, the City of Twin Oaks will be limiting access to City Hall beginning Nov. 16.

The building will be closed, but the public may request an appointment to visit City Hall and meet with staff by calling 636-225-7873 during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. In order to ensure continuity of essential services, administrative staff will be working from home and will still be available by phone or email. All meetings of the Board of Aldermen will be held virtually.

At this time, Twin Oaks Park and the playground will remain open. Residents and visitors to the park must comply with all public health orders from St. Louis County and adhere to the posted guidelines for use of the playground. The City will not be accepting reservations for the pavilion or the community room until further notice.

These restrictions are expected to remain in place through the end of the year and will be revisited at that time. The staff, mayor and Board of Aldermen of Twin Oaks thank you for your cooperation and encourage all residents to take the necessary precautions to keep their families and community safe.
