City Seeking Applications for Open Spots on Planning and Zoning Commission

The City of Twin Oaks is seeking applications from residents interested in filling two open spots on the Planning and Zoning Commission. 

The Planning and Zoning Commission serves a vital role in the City of Twin Oaks by making recommendations to the Board of Aldermen on a variety of issues related to the City's zoning regulations, such as development plan applications, conditional use permits and zoning modifications or amendments. 

If you would to like serve on the Commission, please complete and submit an application by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 5. It can be emailed to City Clerk Frank Johnson at fjohnson@cityoftwinoaks.com, or mailed or dropped off at City Hall, located at 1381 Big Bend Road. 

Following a review of the applications, two Commissioners will be appointed to four-year terms by the Mayor, subject to approval by the Board of Aldermen.
