Notice of Public Hearing Before the Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment of the City of Twin Oaks will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 9, 2020, at Twin Oaks Town Hall, located at 1381 Big Bend, regarding the following application:
Request by Jeff Knox, property owner of 1436 Autumn Leaf Drive, Twin Oaks, Missouri 63021, for a variance from the minimum yard requirement, per Section 400.150 of the Twin Oaks Zoning Code, to allow the building of an attached deck to encroach 4 feet into the required yard.
All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard at the hearing. All materials are available for public review at the Twin Oaks Town Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
