St. Louis County Police Holding Drug Take-Back Day Oct. 29 at Twin Oaks Town Hall

The St. Louis County Police Department is holding a drug take-back day to offer residents a chance to get rid of unwanted, expired or leftover prescription pills from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, at Twin Oaks Town Hall. 

The St. Louis County Police Department also accepts unwanted prescription drugs year-round at their West County Precinct headquarters (located at 232 Vance Rd.).
