Winners Announced for Twin Oaks 2023 Holiday Lighting Contest

To celebrate the season, the City of Twin Oaks sponsored its third annual Holiday Lighting Contest, this year with two divisions. The judging has been completed and we are happy to announce that the winners for the "Reindeer" division are Alex and Michelle Hayden of 1333 Boly Lane and Nicholas Ollenberger of 1477 Autumn Leaf Drive, and the winners for the "Elf" division are Kevin and Melanie Smith of 1548 Autumn Leaf Drive and Theresa Reisinger of 1578 Autumn Leaf Drive!
