Twin Oaks to Host Open House on Crescent Avenue Sidewalk Project

The City of Twin Oaks will hold an open house from 7-8:30 p.m. on Monday, April 19, at the Twin Oaks Town Hall to present and gather feedback on plans for construction of a sidewalk along a portion of Crescent Avenue.

For the last several months, the City has been working with its engineers to develop the plans. At the open house, the City will provide large-format illustrations of the proposed design for residents and others who use the road to review and materials to provide written comments. City staff will be on hand to present the plans and answer any questions.

The goal of the project is to provide a safer route for pedestrians who use the road for walking or jogging or to access the entrance to Twin Oaks Park from Golden Oak Court. More information on the project, including the proposed plans and a cost estimate, is available on the city's website.
